Army service hat question, question about uniform regulation?

I'm enlisting as a 68w40 (Combat Medic Ranger). When I graduate BCT will I get a service hat, or do you get that as an NCO? a href="http://bit.ly/hMCp7e" rel="nofollow"http://bit.ly/hMCp7e/a A hat like this, I think they look much nicer than a beret.
